  •    Understanding the Need :
  • We collect the requirements of our customers through a Primary Information (PI) form which is evaluated by the senior authorities personally. It helps our customers to easily understand the exact offerings, costing, payment terms and delivery of products. The duly signed copies by the company authorities and the customers are then exchanged for individual records.
  •    Development & Testing:
  • Once the requirements are cleared by the customers, they get passed to the Operational team for development of product or execution of service followed by three level of testing ensuring the finest quality to be delivered to the customers.
  •    User Training & Pilot Run:
  • Once the product or service is delivered to the customer, a relevant training for the users is provided where the various user types of the product are made aware about its functionalities. The users are given a time period of 8-10 days wherein they can use the product or service as a Pilot Run, come up with queries or issues which get solved simultaneously before we confirm its Final Delivery Status. The users are also provided with Refresher Training as & when required.
  •    Payment & Receipts:
  • Only after a complete delivery of the product or service, the final payment is being asked. The customers are given a period of 7 days to make the final payment after the delivery. The respective receipts are provided against the payment confirmation.
  •    Support & Assistance:
  • We feel proud of our strong Post-Sale Service module. We provide the support and assistance to our customers with ‘Turn Around Time (TAT)’ of 12 to 24 hours depending upon the product & service. The customers can raise an error ticket at any time which is directly connected to senior authorities through personalized mail notifications. It helps us for swift service and thus increases the Quality of Customer’s Experience with sAvh!
